About the Role

Lithic is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Risk & Compliance team. This is a full-time Senior Data Analyst remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the USA. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our risk management strategies and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and insights that inform risk management decisions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track compliance metrics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, specifically in risk and compliance.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Experience with statistical analysis and risk assessment methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings to stakeholders.
