Requirements

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight).
  • Experience in project management and process improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative approach to client interactions.
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector is a plus.
