About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Customer Marketing Manager - Remote to join our innovative team at LucidLink. In this role, you will be instrumental in turning real customer outcomes into compelling stories that help prospects buy with confidence and support existing customers in their success with our cloud-based solutions. As a Senior Customer Marketing Manager, you will own the end-to-end customer storytelling pipeline, ensuring that our marketing efforts resonate with our diverse clientele.

What You'll Do

  • Translate customer outcomes into sales-ready proof assets that showcase the value of LucidLink's offerings.
  • Partner with Lifecycle Marketing and Account Management to create impactful narratives.
  • Capture measurable customer impact through detailed workflow narratives.
  • Collaborate with various teams to activate and distribute customer stories effectively.
  • Produce enterprise-grade customer stories that highlight our clients' successes.
  • Utilize your hands-on ability to capture and edit customer storytelling videos.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing effectively.
  • Demonstrate technical curiosity and the ability to translate product details into engaging narratives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, advocacy, product marketing, or content marketing in B2B SaaS (enterprise preferred).
  • Proven ability to produce enterprise-grade customer stories that resonate with target audiences.
  • Hands-on experience in capturing and editing customer storytelling videos.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to work effectively with various teams.
  • Technical curiosity and the ability to translate product implementation details into credible narratives.
  • Excellent project management and prioritization skills to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the Media & Entertainment sector.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and data accessibility tools.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing.
