About the Role

We are looking for a talented Content Marketing Specialist to join our team remotely. As a Content Marketing Specialist remote, you will create, manage, and optimize content strategies that engage audiences, drive traffic, and support client marketing goals.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute content marketing strategies for clients across digital channels, including blogs, social media, email, and websites.
• Create high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content tailored to each client’s brand and audience.
• Collaborate with design, social media, and account teams to ensure content aligns with marketing objectives.
• Conduct research to identify industry trends, audience needs, and competitive insights.
• Manage editorial calendars and content schedules across multiple clients.
• Monitor content performance using analytics tools and optimize strategies based on data insights.
• Assist with content promotion, including social media posts, email campaigns, and SEO initiatives.
• Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all client channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Content Marketing Specialist, Content Creator, or similar role, preferably in a marketing agency.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Knowledge of SEO, content management systems (CMS), and digital marketing tools.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content promotion strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report content performance metrics.

Nice to Have

• Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
• Knowledge of multimedia content creation (video, graphics, infographics).
