Senior Creatio Developer - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Creatio Developer to join our dynamic team at crecise GmbH. This Senior Creatio Developer remote position offers the opportunity to work on technically challenging projects with leading international companies across various industries. You will be involved in the full project lifecycle, from architecture and design to implementation and delivery, all while working in a remote-first setup.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain complex Creatio applications and customizations.
• Build and extend business logic using Creatio configuration tools and server-side development (C#, SQL).
• Integrate Creatio with enterprise systems via REST / OData APIs and Web Services.
• Implement automation, data models, and UI components with a strong focus on performance and scalability.
• Review solution design, ensure code quality, and contribute to best practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with project leads and consultants to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing with Creatio.
• Creatio Advanced Developer Certification required; additional Creatio certifications are a plus.
• Strong understanding of Creatio architecture, configuration, and customization approaches.
• Solid experience with C#, JavaScript, SQL, REST/OData APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiar with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server), data modeling, and version control (Git).
• Understanding of integration patterns, data synchronization, and deployment automation.
• Hands-on experience in both configuration-driven and code-based customization.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken); German is a plus but not required.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a pragmatic approach to solving problems.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
