Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist - FinTech

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our dynamic FinTech company, focusing on innovative payment solutions for financial organizations. This Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist role offers a unique opportunity to shape compensation strategies in a fast-paced environment while working remotely or in our Limassol office.

What You'll Do

• Develop and align compensation and benefits systems, including salaries, bonuses, insurance, and perks.
• Prepare policies, regulations, and documentation related to Compensation & Benefits.
• Support the implementation and ongoing development of C&B systems (excluding payroll calculations).
• Analyze market compensation trends and prepare analytics for management.
• Maintain salary and benefits data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with relocations and related compensation matters.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure alignment and compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
• Experience working with international teams and in a multi-currency environment.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and HRIS.
• Attention to detail and experience handling confidential information.
• English proficiency at B2+ level.
• Knowledge of Cyprus labor and tax legislation is a plus.

• Implementation experience with HRIS/ERP systems.
