Senior C++ Developer - High-Performance Trading Systems

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior C++ Developer to join our dynamic team remotely. This role focuses on high-performance trading systems, specifically within the cryptocurrency market. As a Senior C++ Developer, you will be responsible for optimizing core trading systems built on low-latency infrastructure. Your expertise in modern C++ will be crucial in ensuring our systems operate efficiently and effectively.

What You'll Do

• Own and maintain live high-frequency trading (HFT) strategy code in C++.
• Translate quantitative research into production-ready, ultra-low latency implementations.
• Optimize performance focusing on latency, throughput, and concurrency.
• Debug, monitor, and improve live strategies in real market conditions.
• Implement new strategies and reduce idea-to-production time.
• Collaborate closely with traders, quants, and core C++ engineers to enhance system performance.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of modern C++ (versions 17/20) with a strong focus on low-latency applications.
• Solid quantitative fundamentals and understanding of high-frequency trading concepts.
• Experience with multithreading, concurrency, and performance tuning.
• Strong ownership mindset and comfortable operating independently.
• High attention to detail and ability to make calm decisions under pressure.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the cryptocurrency market.
• Familiarity with trading algorithms and strategies.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Python or Java.
