About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Consultant specializing in transaction monitoring solutions to join our team remotely. In this Senior Business Consultant remote position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting financial institutions by leveraging SymphonyAI solutions to optimize transaction monitoring processes and detect suspicious activities effectively.

What You'll Do

• Work directly with clients to understand their transaction monitoring requirements and translate them into effective, technology-driven solutions.
• Advise on best practices for transaction monitoring, including scenario configuration, threshold setting, and alert management processes.
• Promote the use of predictive AI and generative AI technologies to enhance detection accuracy, reduce false positives, and improve operational productivity.
• Configure and optimize SymphonyAI transaction monitoring solutions to align with client regulatory obligations and operational objectives.
• Support clients in achieving optimal value from SAI product features and act as a customer advocate internally.
• Keep abreast of evolving AML regulations and transaction monitoring best practices to proactively advise clients.
• Deliver training, documentation, and ongoing support for client teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience with transaction monitoring technology platforms.
• In-depth expertise in AML transaction monitoring processes and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of various typologies of financial crime and money laundering schemes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technology solution designs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-driven, analytical, and results-oriented, with a passion for technology and compliance excellence.
• Demonstrated proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• Experience integrating AI into compliance workflows with tangible examples of productivity gains.
• Certifications in compliance (e.g., ACAMS, ICA) or financial crime prevention.
• Exposure to NetReveal Transaction Monitoring System (TMS) is highly desirable.
