About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Operations Specialist to join our team at Festo. This Sales Operations Specialist remote position offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid model, allowing you to balance your time between home and the office in Kaunas, Lithuania. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of sales documents and compliance with our company policies.

What You'll Do

• Accurately input sales documents into the SAP system, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain high standards of document handling and ensure timely processing to meet operational deadlines.
• Adhere to established data entry rules and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in document handling.
• Collaborate closely with team members to address any issues or questions related to document processing.
• Utilize your attention to detail to ensure all data is entered correctly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
• Excellent computer skills and familiarity with SAP systems.
• Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
• Willingness to adopt a highly structured working style.
