About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Bartender to join our vibrant team at The Hero, located in London, England. As a Head Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere where guests can enjoy exceptional drinks and service. What You'll Do

• Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service while maintaining high standards.
• Inspire and support bartenders to deliver excellent customer service and foster a positive work environment.
• Create memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and vibrant atmosphere.
• Monitor stock levels, track usage, and place orders as necessary.
• Mentor and train bar staff, providing opportunities for growth within the company.
• Collaborate with management to implement new ideas that enhance guest experiences and drive business growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a busy, fast-paced bar environment.
• Experience in fine dining or high-end restaurants is advantageous.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
