Senior Business Analyst - Tokenomics & Product Flows

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join Rootstock Labs Ltd in a remote capacity. This role focuses on Product Flows and Tokenomics, where you will leverage your expertise to make Bitcoin work for everyone. You will be instrumental in transforming strategic initiatives into actionable, detailed end-to-end flows, ensuring that tokenomics and liquidity are integrated from the outset.

What You'll Do

• Deliver comprehensive end-to-end flow definitions that squads can implement effectively.
• Design tokenomics and liquidity considerations into those flows from day one.
• Drive measurable improvements in user adoption, comprehension, and identify flow drop-off and failure points.
• Translate RIF strategy and in-flight initiatives into detailed business flows, including states, transitions, and edge cases.
• Define flow-level requirements that are ready for implementation, reducing ambiguity and rework.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in the crypto or DeFi space.
• Strong understanding of tokenomics, liquidity, and decentralized finance.
• Experience in translating complex strategies into actionable business flows.
• Ability to model tokenomics impact within key flows and identify second-order effects.
• Proven track record of driving improvements in user experience and product adoption.

Nice to Have

• Experience with agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and its applications in finance.
• Knowledge of market trends and competitor offerings in the crypto space.
