What You'll Do
- Design and engineer solutions that meet high standards of safety, reliability, and sustainability.
- Optimize design methods and procedures while ensuring compliance with international codes and standards.
- Plan and complete activities and deliverables within agreed time frames and budgets.
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and third parties to ensure seamless project execution.
- Lead engineers on assigned scopes of work, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Utilize lessons learned to improve project outcomes and understand the impact of changes across project boundaries.
- Act as a Package Engineer with technical responsibility for design, procurement, and manufacture.
- May serve as Discipline Lead for specific project scopes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant discipline.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong competencies in piping materials engineering design and calculation tools.
- Proficient in concept development and detailed design.
- Experience in systems engineering and site engineering.
- Digital savvy with the ability to leverage technology for project success.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Experience with digital tools for project management and engineering.
- Familiarity with sustainability practices in energy production.
- Leadership experience in engineering teams.
