About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Solution Consultant - Healthcare Supply Chain Management - Remote to join our dynamic team at Workday. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience in healthcare supply chain management to act as a trusted advisor to healthcare executives. You'll drive business outcomes through our innovative solutions, contributing to the success of our clients and the company.

What You'll Do

• Act as a strategic partner to the sales organization, delivering value-based executive presentations and tailored product demonstrations.
• Work closely with Account Executives and Solution Consultants to spot opportunities that support customers and drive revenue.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to achieve business goals, collaborating with Product Management and Marketing.
• Embrace a culture of integrity, empathy, and collaboration, contributing to a continuous improvement mindset.
• Manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments, demonstrating agility and creativity in generating unique ideas for improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of extensive Healthcare Supply Chain domain expertise.
• 5+ years of experience with cloud-based supply chain management applications.
• 5+ years in a solution consultant or sales consulting role.
• 3+ years working with core supply chain concepts.
• Ability to influence decision-making at the C-Suite level.
• Strong discovery skills for value-based selling.
• Comfort with change and a growth mindset.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.
