Premium Audit Reviewer - Remote Position

About the Role

We're hiring a Premium Audit Reviewer to join our innovative team at Method Workers Compensation. This remote position offers the opportunity to play a critical role in reviewing Workers Compensation insurance premium audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with various regulations. As a Premium Audit Reviewer, you'll leverage your expertise to enhance the quality of our audit processes and contribute to our mission of transforming the insurance industry.

What You'll Do

• Perform thorough reviews of Workers Compensation insurance premium audits.
• Examine audit worksheets, policies, endorsements, and inspections for accuracy.
• Investigate discrepancies and communicate effectively with auditors.
• Provide technical guidance to develop auditor quality and manage inventory of audits.
• Utilize analytical skills to interpret financial reports and tax documents.
• Maintain knowledge of California rules and regulations relevant to the audits.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while participating as a team player.
• Ensure compliance with company and bureau regulations.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in workers compensation premium audit review.
• Ability to read and analyze financial reports.
• Extensive knowledge of California audit requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated with strong analytical skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications; experience with Visual Audit is a plus.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; degree in accounting or finance preferred.
