About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Bookkeeper - Remote to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Handle payroll processing and tax returns, including GST/HST filings.
- Collaborate with clients to provide financial insights and support.
- Utilize QuickBooks Online and Xero for efficient bookkeeping and financial management.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in bookkeeping, preferably in a remote setting.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian accounting standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Xero.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Experience in nonprofit accounting is a plus.

- Experience with content marketing and copywriting.
- Familiarity with SEO principles.
- Previous experience as an executive or administrative assistant.
