What You'll Do
- Analyze and manage employee benefits programs, ensuring they meet compliance and regulatory standards.
- Provide data-driven insights to improve benefits offerings and employee education.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to develop and implement benefits strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Conduct open enrollment sessions and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.
- Utilize HRIS tools, including UKG PRO, to maintain accurate benefits data and reporting.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of benefits programs through performance metrics and employee feedback.
- Support special projects related to benefits administration and employee wellness initiatives.
- Travel occasionally for team meetings and training sessions (less than 10%).
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Benefits Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of benefits administration, compliance, and HRIS systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to support employee education and engagement.
- Experience in project management and leadership within HR environments.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Knowledge of healthcare projects implementation and leave of absence programs is a plus.

- Certification in benefits administration or HR-related fields.
- Experience with performance metrics and workflow optimization.
