  • Travel occasionally for team meetings and training sessions (less than 10%).

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Benefits Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of benefits administration, compliance, and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to support employee education and engagement.
  • Experience in project management and leadership within HR environments.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
  • Knowledge of healthcare projects implementation and leave of absence programs is a plus.
