  • Develop the next generation of technical leaders, promoting a culture of high-quality engineering and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute significantly to the Consumer Wealth back-end infrastructure, directly impacting users' financial well-being.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in back-end software engineering, particularly in product-based companies.
  • Proficiency in Java and cloud platforms, especially AWS.
  • Experience with microservices architecture and complex cloud environments.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.
  • Passion for financial products and wealth management systems.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in financial systems and regulated environments.
  • Ability to generate intellectual property and thought leadership.
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages being a plus.
