Senior Asset Transition Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are excited to announce an opening for a Senior Asset Transition Manager to join our team at Standard Life. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely while leading large-scale transition projects that optimize member experiences and manage shareholder risks. As a Senior Asset Transition Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless client experiences during transitions, collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Lead complex transition events, ensuring optimal member experience and effective risk management.
• Collaborate with implementation and operational teams throughout the transition project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular project meetings with external and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of transition activities.
• Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) support to the wider business when insights on transitions are required.
• Work closely with the Workplace New Business team to ensure strong transitions and support during RFP and Pitch stages.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of Workplace Pensions, their administration systems, and fund structures.
• Experience in planning and executing unit link transition events with a focus on customer outcomes.
• Strong understanding of transition methods including re-registration, in specie, and prefunding.
• Experience supporting distribution through RFP responses and participation in site visits and pitches.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage client-facing projects effectively.

Nice to Have

• Experience in financial services or asset management sectors.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements affecting workplace pensions.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
