As a Bartender, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences in our vibrant venue at The O2. What You'll Do

• Welcome guests warmly and support them throughout their journey to ensure a best-in-class experience.
• Create delicious drinks that meet TOCA Social standards, including cocktails.
• Provide knowledgeable drink recommendations confidently.
• Assist Barbacks and coach junior team members to help them become legends.
• Manage guest orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of drinks and checking in with guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in guest-facing areas.
• Follow health and safety regulations, including verifying guest ages through ID checks.
• Communicate clearly with teammates to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in crafting drinks, including cocktails.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about delivering top-quality experiences.
• Must be at least 18 years old due to alcohol service.
• Willingness to assist other departments and teammates as needed.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a hospitality or bar setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
