Tech Lead - Remote Position at Reply

About the Role

We're hiring a Tech Lead to join our dynamic team at Reply. This remote position allows you to lead technical projects and mentor developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

What You'll Do

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
• Analyze existing applications, architecture, and constraints to identify areas for improvement.
• Gather and formalize technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Design solutions, including architecture, technical choices, and patterns.
• Oversee deployments in testing and production environments.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Tech Lead.
• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience in coaching developers and onboarding new team members.
• Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development: HTML/CSS, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript/NodeJS, Angular, and Spring Boot.
• Solid understanding of protocols and architecture: HTTP, REST, distributed architecture/microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with security and operational practices: OAuth2/OpenID Connect, TLS, and X509 certificates.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a strong sense of service.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of ArgoCD/Vault, Grafana/Dynatrace/ELK.
• Experience with digital accessibility and managing technical debt.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously.
