Senior Analyst - GTM Operations (Remote)
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Analyst - GTM Operations (Remote) to join our dynamic team at Commvault. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for internal sales and external channel support queries, providing operational support for key business functions. Your proactive approach and strong communication skills will be essential in managing a high volume of inbound requests efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Field support in areas such as Case Management, System escalations, and first-level field support.
- Manage CV Legal requests and CQC support while ensuring SFDC hygiene.
- Oversee territory and new account creation and deactivation, along with SFDC reporting.
- Create and maintain dashboards and FAQs, and support the deal desk as required.
- Provide partner support including deal registration workflow and new partner onboarding.
- Conduct partner systems training and ensure compliance with partner reporting requirements.
- Support management with SFDC reporting and customized reporting on an ad-hoc basis.
- Maintain a positive ‘can do’ attitude while handling multiple case queues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 6+ years’ experience in a Business Operations/Sales role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in data analytics and reporting is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Willingness to work in the 04:00 PM – 01:00 AM shift (non-negotiable).
- Experience in the Software & Tech industry is preferred.
