Senior AI Engineer - Relocation to Riyadh or Dubai

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our team at Talent Seed. This role requires relocation to Riyadh or Dubai, where you’ll shape the technical direction and bring ambitious AI concepts to life. As a Senior AI Engineer, you will turn prototypes into scalable, reliable products that power next-generation customer experiences. You will work closely with engineers, tech leads, and the CTO to design systems that combine cutting-edge AI, strong infrastructure, and human-centered design.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development of complex, production-grade LLM-based systems across real-world use cases.
• Utilize advanced prompt engineering skills to understand how models interpret, prioritize, and follow instructions in multi-step and long-context workflows.
• Design custom evaluation frameworks to measure the effectiveness of AI models beyond off-the-shelf metrics.
• Engage in the design of agentic systems, including task decomposition, tool creation, orchestration, and reliability engineering for non-deterministic workflows.
• Stay actively engaged with the evolving AI ecosystem, tracking research, experimenting with new capabilities, and translating emerging ideas into practical solutions.
• Design novel approaches when existing techniques are insufficient, pushing the boundaries of established patterns.
• Ensure software engineering fundamentals are adhered to, including clean abstractions and maintainable code.
• Own systems end-to-end in production, including cloud infrastructure, observability, CI/CD, and operational lifecycle management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in AI engineering with hands-on experience building complex systems.
• Strong grasp of software engineering fundamentals, including fluency in Python.
• Ability to design systems that scale in complexity without sacrificing clarity or reliability.
• Deep understanding of LLM evaluation and the ability to design custom evaluation frameworks.
• Experience in designing agentic systems and reliability engineering.
• Strong architectural judgment and ability to own systems in production.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and operational lifecycle management.

Nice to Have

• Experience with other programming languages.
• Familiarity with emerging AI technologies.
• Previous experience in a leadership role.
