Senior Accounts Payable Analyst - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will uphold the governance structure and operating model for Accounts Payable, ensuring compliance and efficiency in all AP activities. You will be a crucial resource for resolving complex AP issues, making this a pivotal position within our finance department.

What You'll Do

• Follow and uphold the governance structure and operating model for Accounts Payable.
• Ensure adherence to defined processes, policies, and controls across all AP activities.
• Maintain and update AP process documentation, including SOPs and invoice management procedures.
• Act as a go-to resource for resolving complex AP issues, including invoice verification and processing.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and other stakeholders to resolve problems and support process alignment.
• Participate in global projects and system migrations, supporting ERP testing activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and share recommendations with peers.
• Contribute to the creation and update of training materials and SOPs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4-6 years of practical experience in managing Accounts Payable operations.
• Proficient understanding of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Advanced analytical capabilities, especially in implementing tech solutions.
