Security Officer - Remote Position for Hospitality Industry

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Security Officer to join our team remotely in the hospitality industry. As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of hotel guests and employees. This position requires a proactive approach to safety and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

• Conduct regular inspections of the hotel property to ensure safety and security.
• Respond to guest calls regarding disturbances and effectively communicate hotel policies.
• Assist in the eviction of unruly guests, ensuring a safe environment for all.
• Complete and distribute daily security reports to management.
• Cover Night Auditor breaks and assist with guest check-in/check-out as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English for effective communication.
• Experience in a comparable hotel size and scope preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with guests and resolve conflicts.
• Availability to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
