Security Engineer - AI & IAM Remote Position at Binance

About the Role

Join Binance as a Security Engineer focusing on AI & IAM in a remote capacity. This role is designed for early career talent eager to dive into the world of blockchain and cybersecurity. As a part of the Binance Accelerator Program, you'll gain hands-on experience in managing Identity and Access Management systems while contributing to the security of the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange.

What You'll Do

• Manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems to ensure secure access to backend operating systems.
• Support Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiatives and enhance IAM AIbot functionalities.
• Provide functional and business technology support for IAM tools, including chat FAQ handling and permission authorization.
• Continuously evaluate system functionality and suggest improvements based on organizational needs.
• Correlate events across multiple systems to proactively identify and resolve underlying security issues.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments with minimal supervision, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in IT or a related field.
• Direct experience with Identity and Access Management principles.
• Strong understanding of security protocols and best practices.
• Familiarity with technologies and tools for access control.
• Proficiency in Python and Django, with knowledge of AWS, PostgreSQL, and Docker.
• Understanding of AI workflows, LLMs, Vector databases, and Retrieval-Augmented-Generation (RAG) techniques.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to coordinate with international partners.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
