About the Role

We are seeking a talented SDET/QA Automation Lead to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As an SDET/QA Automation Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will lead a team of QA engineers, guiding them in implementing effective test strategies and automation frameworks. What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers in developing and executing automated test cases.
• Design and implement automation frameworks using tools such as Python, Pytest, and Playwright.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Engage in innovative projects that leverage AI and Big Data technologies.
• Utilize CI/CD practices with Jenkins and GitLab CI to streamline testing processes.
• Conduct UI and API testing to validate software functionality and performance.
• Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in QA automation, with a focus on leading teams.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with automation tools such as Pytest and Playwright.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and test strategies.
• Knowledge of security products and Linux environments is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Allure Framework for reporting.
• Familiarity with OpenNebula and cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of enterprise sales processes and strategies.
