About the Role

We're hiring a Customer Success Manager to join our mission-driven team at Anima. This is a remote Customer Success Manager position where your work will save lives. What You'll Do

• Own a portfolio of Anima customers end-to-end, ensuring onboarding, adoption, and retention of complex accounts.
• Drive customer engagement and fanaticism, protecting and growing the existing revenue base.
• Build deep relationships with clinicians and practice managers, coaching them towards real behavior change.
• Translate clinical and administrative pain points into actionable insights for our product teams.
• Develop and iterate on Customer Success playbooks and data-driven frameworks to scale user fanaticism.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success at a high-growth startup.
• Proven track record of driving retention and identifying expansion opportunities.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills, able to earn trust quickly.
• Strong obsession with customer experience and a self-starting attitude.
• Organized and intrinsically motivated to manage tasks effectively.
