About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Promoter - Telemarketing Specialist (Remote) to join our dynamic team at AT&T Mexico. In this role, you will execute telemarketing activities, manage product inventories, and implement our commercial offerings to ensure daily productivity goals are met. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about sales and customer service.

What You'll Do

• Conduct telemarketing, canvassing, and flyer distribution to engage potential customers.
• Follow up on referrals and approach customers in retail spaces to achieve daily productivity metrics.
• Provide solutions based on current commercial offerings by identifying customer needs, ensuring total satisfaction.
• Manage product inventory using appropriate inventory formats to maintain accurate stock control.
• Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in sales and customer interaction.

Requirements

• Minimum education: Completed Secondary School.
• Desired education: Completed High School.
• Minimum experience: 1 year in sales and inventory management.
• Preferred experience: 2 years in sales, inventory management, and customer portfolio management.
• Strong communication skills in Spanish (speaking, writing, reading).
