About the Role

We are seeking a Head Coach to lead our performance and culture initiatives at The Call Company. As a Head Coach, you will be responsible for driving results through people, ensuring that our service philosophy, 'Service By Feeling,' is embodied in every aspect of our operations. What You'll Do

  • Oversee the overall production and performance of the organization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced telemarketing environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on responsibility and accountability.
  • Ability to motivate and develop people, fostering a strong performance culture.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to initiate change and drive results.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to set clear expectations.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in performance management and KPI tracking.

  • Familiarity with telemarketing industry standards and practices.
