About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Remote to join our team at Go Echoes, a cutting-edge outsourcing solution by Herrera Headhunters. In this role, you will help startups and scale-ups build effective and fully integrated remote sales teams. As a Sales Development Representative, you will conduct B2B and B2C outbound calls to present and sell client services and products, ensuring a seamless sales experience.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, effectively presenting and selling services/products.
  • Understand the specific expectations of each prospect and adapt your sales pitch accordingly.
  • Convert leads into clients through a mastered sales argument and effective closing techniques.
  • Ensure complete follow-up of the sales cycle until finalization, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Enrich and maintain databases in the CRM to ensure accurate tracking of sales activities.
  • Participate in continuous training and performance meetings to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Work closely with the Team Leader to achieve team objectives and contribute to overall sales success.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in telemarketing, particularly in B2B and B2C environments.
  • Mastery of telephone sales techniques, objection handling, and closing sales effectively.
  • Familiarity with digital tools such as CRM systems, VoIP calls, and professional email communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to work rigorously, autonomously, and with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Seeking a stable remote position with a clear career development plan.
  • Must own professional equipment including a PC, headset, and have a reliable internet connection.
  • Excellent level of French, both written and spoken, is essential for effective communication.
