About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative II - Remote to join our dynamic team at EasyPost. As a key player in our sales pipeline, you will help identify and qualify potential customers, making a significant impact on our growth. What You'll Do

  • Research and identify potential leads through various sources, including online research, social media, company websites, and industry events.

  • Craft compelling and personalized messaging to create interest and capture the prospect's attention.

  • Engage in meaningful conversations with leads to assess their fit for the company's products or services.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with qualified leads who are not yet ready to make a purchasing decision.
  • Educate leads about the value and benefits of the company's offerings, addressing their concerns and objections.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads for further engagement.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with prospects over phone, email, and other channels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about prospecting approaches.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to exceed targets and goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is desired but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
