Sales Consultant - Customer-Focused Role

About the Role

We're hiring a Sales Consultant to join our team at Safestore. This Sales Consultant role offers the opportunity to provide outstanding customer service while selling the right storage solutions to our customers. As a Sales Consultant, you will be part of a supportive team that values enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

• Achieve sales targets by understanding customer requirements and advising on the best storage solutions.
• Maximize customer experience through exceptional service and support.
• Maintain store standards, including health and safety compliance, to create a welcoming environment for customers.
• Work collaboratively with your team to meet store targets and enhance overall performance.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to advance your career within the company.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred but not essential.
• A positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning new skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
• Flexibility to work on a rota across 5 out of 7 days.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards.
• Familiarity with retail sales techniques.
