About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Sales Associate to join our team at Ace & Tate in Amsterdam. As a Sales Associate, you will create a welcoming atmosphere for customers and help them find the perfect eyewear. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a vibrant retail environment while providing exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers warmly and create an inviting shopping experience.
• Provide style advice and assist customers in selecting frames that suit their personal style.
• Educate customers on the differences between lenses, coatings, and fits to help them make informed choices.
• Pay attention to detail by adjusting frames and ensuring every pair of glasses is delivered in perfect condition.
• Make each sale personal by helping customers choose the right lens upgrades and extras that fit their needs.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch; basic English is a plus for effective communication.
• Previous retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for style.

Nice to Have

• Experience in eyewear or fashion retail.
• Knowledge of optical products and trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
