About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Resourcing Partner - Remote to join the City and County Healthcare Group, the largest care company in the UK. As a Resourcing Partner, you will play a crucial role in sourcing high-quality candidates in the health and social care sector, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and building strong stakeholder relationships.
What You'll Do
- Utilize your expertise in recruitment to source candidates through headhunting and direct sourcing techniques.
- Manage the recruitment process using Smart Recruiters ATS, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates.
- Focus on enhancing candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Build lasting partnerships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
- Support recruitment strategy and workforce planning initiatives.
- Report on recruitment performance and provide insights to improve processes.
- Engage in occasional travel as required for recruitment activities.
- Contribute to the overall mission of fostering an environment where extraordinary achievements are recognized and celebrated.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within the healthcare or social care sectors.
- Strong direct sourcing skills beyond traditional job boards.
- Experience working in an in-house recruitment team.
- Confidence with ATS, particularly Smart Recruiters.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Digital marketing awareness is beneficial.
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare or social care recruitment.
- Knowledge of current trends in recruitment technology.
