We are seeking a Research Scientist - Frontier AI Models and Real-Time Decision Systems to join our innovative team at Sentiro Partners. As a Research Scientist, you will engage in real-time decision-making processes that directly impact business outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Design and train large-scale neural models for sequential decision-making, forecasting, and representation learning under challenging conditions.
• Advance training methodologies including large-batch optimization and online learning.
• Build end-to-end pipelines from data ingestion through deployment and live feedback loops.
• Collaborate with systems engineers to maximize throughput and minimize latency.
• Ship production-grade models that operate in real-time with strict performance guarantees.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of post-graduate experience in machine learning or data science.
• PhD in Machine Learning, Data Science, or Computer Science.
• Deep hands-on experience training large neural models using PyTorch or equivalent.
• Strong intuition for optimization dynamics and debugging at scale.
• Experience working close to the metal: GPU utilization and distributed training.

Nice to Have

• Publication history in relevant fields.
• Experience in leading ML environments such as FAANG research teams.
• Familiarity with reinforcement learning and reward modeling.
