What You'll Do

• Design and implement operational strategies that support the growth of Form Health while maintaining high clinical quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer to develop an omni-channel patient communication model.
• Oversee the integration of technology into patient care processes, ensuring a seamless experience for patients and care teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams to enhance operational workflows and improve patient outcomes.
• Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize practice operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership role within healthcare operations, preferably in a telemedicine or obesity medicine setting.
• Strong understanding of healthcare delivery systems and patient engagement strategies.
