About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Remote VIP Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing customer engagement and retention strategies for our VIP clients. As a Remote VIP Manager, you will play a critical role in developing relationships with our most valued customers, ensuring they receive concierge-level support and personalized service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience in VIP management or customer engagement roles.
  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with high-value clients.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the iGaming industry.
  • Familiarity with Unity and C# for game development.
