About the Role

Solera Health is seeking a Remote Vice President of Engagement Transformation to lead our strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing consumer engagement across our Digital Health Network. This executive-level role is pivotal in driving growth and optimizing engagement strategies to meet our ambitious goals.

What You'll Do

  • Own the enterprise objective to achieve 2X annual enrollment growth.
  • Optimize customer acquisition costs (CAC) to maximize lifetime value (LTV).
  • Lower Total Cost of Care for health plan and employer partners through innovative strategies.
  • Drive measurable outcomes for providers and consumers through effective engagement tactics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, clinical, technology, and data to ensure alignment on engagement strategies.
  • Implement AI-powered personalization and intelligent journey orchestration to enhance user experiences.
  • Establish performance governance frameworks that scale impact across the Digital Health Network.
  • Influence and mobilize the organization towards achieving measurable engagement outcomes without direct management responsibility.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in health tech or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of consumer engagement strategies and digital health solutions.
  • Experience with AI technologies and their application in consumer engagement.
  • Exceptional communication and influence skills to drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to inform strategy.
  • Track record of achieving significant growth targets in previous roles.
