About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Trainer/Instructor for ITIL® and PRINCE2® to join our team at GFN GmbH. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage with learners across Germany, providing essential training and support in ITIL® 4 and PRINCE2® 7 methodologies. As a remote trainer, you will conduct online live training sessions, preparing participants for their exams while fostering a collaborative learning environment.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct online live training sessions for ITIL® 4 and PRINCE2® 7.
  • Prepare participants for certification exams through comprehensive teaching and exam preparation.
  • Support and advise participants throughout their learning journey.
  • Prepare and follow up on training sessions to ensure participants' understanding and success.
  • Utilize your current ITIL® 4 and/or PRINCE2® 7 certifications to deliver high-quality training.
  • Engage with diverse groups and promote continuous education.
  • Leverage your experience in project management to enhance training effectiveness.
  • Provide support for professional and methodological-didactic questions.

Requirements

  • Completed training or degree in a relevant field.
  • Formal pedagogical suitability (e.g., trainer qualification IHK or equivalent proof).
  • Current ITIL® 4 and/or PRINCE2® 7 certifications.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Openness to working with heterogeneous groups and a commitment to continuous education.
  • Experience in adult education, preferably in the funded education sector.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with online teaching platforms.
  • Previous experience in a similar training role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
