About the Role

ALLY Psychiatry is seeking a Remote Therapeutic Intake Coordinator (LCSW/LPC) to join our dedicated team. This fully remote role focuses on improving access to mental health care across the United States, particularly serving patients in Tennessee. As a Therapeutic Intake Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the patient journey, conducting comprehensive psychiatric diagnostic evaluations and collaborating with psychiatrists to ensure seamless patient care.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric diagnostic evaluations for new patients.
• Complete clinical documentation in EMR according to standards.
• Identify provisional diagnoses and treatment recommendations.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists for seamless patient care.
• Screen for safety concerns and follow clinical protocols.
• Provide psychoeducation to patients and families.
• Maintain evaluation schedule to support clinic capacity.
• Participate in clinical team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Active, unrestricted clinical license (LCSW, LPC).
• Experience in psychiatric evaluations or clinical assessments preferred.
• Knowledge of DSM-5-TR and evidence-based tools.
• Experience with EMR systems.
• Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a clinical team.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
