About the Role

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for non-technical roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Utilize various sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including social media, job boards, and networking.
  • Conduct initial screens and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate and conduct in-depth interviews with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, keeping them informed and engaged.
  • Prepare regular recruitment reports and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze recruitment data to refine strategies and enhance the hiring process.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong experience in recruiting for non-technical roles.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple openings effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms to find the best talent.
