What You'll Do

• Guide borrowers through the home buying process with a focus on exceptional service.
• Provide expert advice on various loan programs and pricing options tailored to borrower needs.
• Serve as a trusted consultant to purchase borrowers, ensuring their needs are met.
• Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with clients through effective communication.
• Stay updated on company loan products and regulatory requirements to provide accurate information.
• Utilize strong negotiation skills to connect with clients and close deals effectively.
• Work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach with a strong sense of urgency in all tasks.

Requirements

• Recent mortgage loan origination experience is required; call center experience is preferred.
• Experience in purchase transactions is essential.
• Must possess a significant licensing footprint and meet all Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System requirements.
• Strong understanding of mortgage regulatory guidelines and compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective client interaction.
• Detail-oriented and results-driven with the ability to work under pressure.
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
• Ability to quickly connect and establish rapport with clients.
