What You'll Do

• Lead project planning, execution, and control, ensuring tasks are accomplished effectively.
• Coordinate weekly project planning and status communications with government stakeholders.
• Support program management and reporting activities to maintain transparency and accountability.
• Provide leadership for software development and operations teams.
• Define project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and communication documents to guide the team.
• Communicate expectations clearly to team members and stakeholders to foster collaboration.
• Manage changes in project scope, issues, and risks proactively.
• Coach and supervise project team members to enhance performance and productivity.
• Support project financial management activities to ensure budget adherence.
• Ensure adherence to corporate standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret Clearance is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project management, particularly in IT solutions.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively guide teams.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and environments.
• Experience with advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence and biometrics is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Certifications in project management (PMP, Agile, etc.).
• Experience in government contracting or national security projects.
• Familiarity with financial management tools and techniques.
