• Conduct product testing to validate documentation and improve user understanding.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts, APIs, and software development processes.
• Proficiency in documentation tools such as Markdown, GitHub, and Confluence.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
