Remote Technical Writer - B2B SaaS Focus

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Remote Technical Writer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will create and manage high-quality technical documentation for our B2B SaaS products. As a Remote Technical Writer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our documentation meets the needs of our users and adheres to industry standards.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain user manuals, API documentation, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to gather information and understand product features.
• Utilize tools such as Notion, GitHub, and Confluence for documentation management.
• Edit and proofread documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Implement best practices in information architecture and documentation design.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Remote Technical Writer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Markdown and experience with API documentation.
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS products and technical writing standards.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the healthcare or financial sectors.
• Familiarity with GAAP and accounting policies.
• Ability to create process diagrams and user guides.
