What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain user guides, API documentation, and tutorials for various software applications.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and understand technical concepts.
• Utilize tools such as Git, JIRA, and Confluence to manage documentation projects effectively.
• Ensure all documentation is clear, concise, and accessible to a diverse audience.
• Participate in Agile development processes to stay aligned with project timelines and deliverables.
• Conduct reviews and edits of documentation to maintain high standards of quality.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer or in a related field.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, data engineering, and machine learning concepts.
• Proficiency in documentation tools such as Markdown, GitHub, and Microsoft BI Stack.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and documentation processes.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools.
• Experience in creating process diagrams and visual documentation.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices for technical documentation.
