What You'll Do

• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for our company culture.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to improve recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in the healthcare or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
