About the Role

We are looking for a Remote Technical Architect to join Anypear, a leading headhunting and recruitment agency connecting New Zealand and Australian businesses with top overseas talent. In this role, you will leverage your strong Revit skills and attention to detail to support our client's architecture firm based in Perth. As a Remote Technical Architect, you will work closely with multidisciplinary consultant teams, ensuring high documentation standards across large project environments.

What You'll Do

  • Utilize advanced Revit skills to maintain excellent modeling hygiene and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with design teams to translate conceptual designs into detailed technical specifications.
  • Develop and enhance the firm’s Revit Library and Revit Templates.
  • Work with ACC (Autodesk Docs, BIM Collaborate Pro) to streamline project workflows.
  • Coordinate effectively with steel detailers and maintain accuracy across large project teams.
  • Ensure compliance with CAD and documentation standards.
  • Communicate effectively with consultants and participate in technical workshops.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong organizational skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience as an Architect with strong proficiency in Revit.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience with ACC (Autodesk Docs, BIM Collaborate Pro) is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with modular buildings and Australian project standards (AS1428.1, NCC Section J) is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in Australian architecture projects.
  • Knowledge of light-gauge and mild steel construction.
