About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Talent Operations Associate to join OneImaging's dynamic Talent Team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our mission to transform the radiology experience for patients and healthcare providers. Radiology is a vital service, and your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality care. As a Remote Talent Operations Associate, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of recruiting, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Own the full cycle recruiting process for OneImaging's high-volume care navigation and support functions.
• Influence and deliver quality assessments and maintain a high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment funnel.
• Partner with key stakeholders to understand hiring needs, conduct intake meetings, and determine target profiles to set and drive sourcing strategies.
• Schedule calls, video interviews, and interview debriefs across time zones in a fast-paced environment.
• Build high-trust relationships with recruiters and interviewers while maintaining timely communication.
• Document, implement, and protect recruiting processes while seeking opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with a passion for process and people.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is advantageous.
