About the Role

We're hiring a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team at Workleap. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in building strong, qualified talent pipelines and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from the first touchpoint to shortlist. As a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will collaborate closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners and act as a recruitment expert in sourcing, screening, and early-stage evaluation.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and manage talent pipelines for various roles within the organization.
  • Conduct thorough sourcing and screening of candidates to identify top talent.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners to refine job descriptions and requirements.
  • Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract candidates.
  • Participate in recruitment events and initiatives to promote Workleap as an employer of choice.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve sourcing strategies.
  • Progressively take ownership of 1-2 roles, driving the recruitment process from start to finish.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and candidate evaluation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Passion for building relationships and connecting with candidates.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the tech industry or with HR technology.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 products.
  • Knowledge of recruitment marketing strategies.
